Welcome to Bode & Fierberg, LLP

Bode & Fierberg is a civil litigation boutique with a strong record of success in obtaining justice, securing substantial financial awards, and stimulating reform for our clients nationwide.   We do so through creative litigation, unrelenting attention to sound trial practices, and a sincere desire to prevent future similar acts of negligence and wrong-doing.  We forge close personal partnerships with our clients, who are kept consistently informed at each stage of their case.   The range of our litigators' knowledge and experience is expansive: from representation of individuals or their estates to class action suits to businesses; from mediation talks all the way to the Supreme Court.
