Profile Joshua Sheffer practices civil litigation including wrongful death claims before state and federal courts throughout the United States.  Joshua's practice also includes general representation of corporate entities and non-profits in commercial litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and in negotiation and drafting various business contracts. Joshua's practice has focused on civil litigation since graduation from law school. Sheffer has handled all aspects of litigation and trial in various types of cases from business and contract disputes to serious personal injury. Sheffer also has extensive appellate experience in state and federal courts of multiple jurisdictions, including drafting documents to be used in the United States Supreme Court. Sheffer has several years experience teaching various law courses at the community collegelevel including Legal Research & Writing, Legal Drafting, and Business Law.
