Mr. Lebowitz has extensive experience in personal injury cases, ranging from automobile accidents to wrongful death, and has been involved in settling claims of over $15,000,000. Additionally, he has handled numerous serious and complex medical malpractice cases involving serious injury up to death. He also has impressive experience conducting internal investigations for companies of all sizes. Additionally Mr. Lebowitz has advised dozens of companies on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and has designed and implemented anti-bribery compliance programs for companies all over the world.
Prior to joining Bode & Grenier, Mr. Lebowitz was an associate with the law firm White & Case, LLP, in Washington, D.C. Mr. Lebowitz served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Michael Kruse and the Honorable Associate Justice Lyle Richmond of the High Court of American Samoa.
