Profile Jacob (“Jake”) Lebowitz, an associate of the firm, joined Bode & Grenier, LLP in 2009. He has experience in litigation matters involving: Personal Injury Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Investigations White Collar Defense Civil Rights Contracts Antitrust Construction Mr. Lebowitz has extensive experience conducting internal investigations for companies of all sizes. Additionally Mr. Lebowitz has advised dozens of companies on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and has designed and implemented anti-bribery compliance programs for companies all over the world. Prior to joining Bode & Grenier, Mr. Lebowitz was an associate with the law firm White & Case, LLP, in Washington, D.C.
